"The Martian" is out on Blu-Ray and DVD now, and to celebrate the film's release, Fox Home Entertainment, in conjunction with NASA, put together a five-part video series called "Life in Space" where people ask astronauts candid questions about their time in space.

Fox shared an exclusive episode from the series with Tech Insider which focuses on how astronauts exercise in space. Yes, they do have a treadmill up there. According to astronaut Drew Feustel, they exercise for three hours per day in space.

“I’ve personally moved 1,000-pound objects in space with my fingertips,” says Feustel. “So, you get pretty strong when you’re up there.”

The five-part series won't be available as a feature with the film, so check it out above.
