It looks like Apple will finally let you delete those annoying preinstalled apps

Many of Apple's own iPhone apps are now available to download from the App Store.

The Stocks app, Mail app, and several others are currently listed in the App Store. Many of the apps listed, such as Compass and Maps, came preinstalled on every iPhone and were not deletable.

Here's the full list of presintalled Apple apps that are now in the App Store:

Apple CEO Tim Cook has alluded to giving people the ability to remove preinstalled iOS apps in the past. Code was uncovered a couple of months ago that also suggested that the ability was coming. Now it appears like it's going to be possible in the latest iOS 10.
