Protein can come from a variety of sources — not just meat! — and yogurt can be one of them.
To get an idea of how much protein was in different yogurts, I photographed the nutrition labels of every yogurt on the shelves of a local grocery store — including some non-dairy yogurt and kids' yogurt (which barely has any protein).

This was at a slightly swanky shop in the Flatiron District of Manhattan, so there are a few fancier brands in here than the Yoplait of my youth.
Here are how the 28 yogurts we spotted stacked up, ranked from least to most protein. (We ignored the obvious differences in serving sizes, since most people will eat one yogurt in one sitting regardless of the slightly different containers.)
