Steve Wozniak, the co-founder of Apple, and Seth Rogen, the man who plays Woz in the upcoming film "Steve Jobs," hung out together at The Magic Castle, a membership club for magicians in Los Angeles.

Danny Boyle, the director of "Steve Jobs," shared the tidbit during a Q&A with Aaron Sorkin, who wrote the film, following a screening of it in New York City on Monday night.

According to its website, The Magic Castle, "promotes the art of magic, encourages fellowship and maintains the highest ethical standards."

"Seth and [Woz] went to The Magic Castle together, that thing in LA where magicians meet and admire each other," Boyle said.

Boyle explained that Wozniak is a huge fan of magic. At a dinner they went to one night — Woz was a paid advisor on the film — the Apple cofounder brought with him a plastic bag full of magic tricks, and after the first course, he started performing.

"He didn't do them particularly well," Boyle said, prompting laughs from the audience. "Certainly not as well as he built computers."

Sorkin added that Woz, who he called "a terribly nice guy," rode his Segway to Magic Castle when he went with Rogen.

"The light wasn't working so he had a flashlight taped" to the Segway, Sorkin said.
