Volkswagen is creating a hybrid SUV concept that can reach 139 miles per hour

Volkswagen released some details about the latest hybrid concept it's creating, but we will have to wait a week for a real look at it.

In a press release Sunday, Volkswagen said it was creating a hybrid SUV concept to show at the Beijing Auto Show that runs April 25 to May 4. It can reach 139 miles per hour and accelerate from 0 to 62 miles per hour in 6 seconds. The SUV has an electric range of 31 miles.

While we will have to wait for more details, Volkswagen is currently teasing the car's high-tech features, like a display system that "enables a completely new level of interactivity."
