Venmo Is Not Working After Super Bowl

The Denver Broncos just won the Super Bowl and if you're a Panthers fan trying to pay off your losing bets you might have a little trouble if you're using Venmo.

Some users are reporting that the money-transfer app is not working. We first noticed the glitch after Mashable's Brian Ries tweeted about it.

Curious, I tried to send a friend $1 using the app. The money would not send.

And then I got this error message.

Other users are reporting that the app is working for them, just more slowly than usual. But if you're one of the users having a hard time with the app, you might have to wait to settle up your bets. Or you know, just pay in cash.
