The 6 most impressive cars in New York’s exclusive car club

To keep their members satisfied, the founders of Classic Car Club Manhattan, Michael Prichinello and Zac Moseley, are constantly thinking of ways to re-up their fleet. This means making sure they have some of the most up to date supercars, as well as staying on top of their classic cars to confirm that they're not getting to tired or overused.

Tech Insider had the chance to visit the club recently and check out their fleet of 35 cars. These were the six that we found most impressive.

It wasn't an easy choice.

Their 2015 Chevy Corvette Z06 is a straight up monster.

It has a massive supercharged V8 motor which puts out 650 horsepower.

In the right hands, the Z06 can do 0-60 in 3.2 seconds.

In other hands, the Z06 is a tire-killer and do burnouts for many seconds. Though the guys at CCC might ask you not to do that.

All Corvette Stingrays and Z06s come standard with a removable targa roof panel.

Unless you opt for the convertible model.

At night, it looks even better than during the day.

Their 1989 Lancia Delta Integrale is blast from motorsport's past.

The Lancia Delta Integrale is one of the most iconic rally race cars to have come out of the 1980s and the Group A racing category.

There's not one corner on this car that doesn't scream race car.

Yup, the rally lights work.

The 2015 Lamborghini Huracan screams Italian performance and beauty.

Both from its sharp design lines, and from the thunderous roar of its huge 602 horsepower V10 motor.

With some help from its all-wheel drive system, which delivers power to all four wheels, the Hurcan will do 0 to 60 miles per hour in an extremely quick 2.5 seconds.

Like some other supercars, the front-end on the Huracan raises and lowers at the flick of a switch located inside the car.

This helps get the supercar up and down ramps and driveways, without scraping that very expensive looking front bumper.

The 2016 Porsche Cayman GT4 offers some of the purest, most enjoyable driving experiences you can get from any car on sale today.

Its alcantara interior with the optional race-inspired bucket seats constantly remind you that you're in a car built for the track.

The 6-speed manual transmission rewards the driver with a metallic clink on every shift.

Whether you rev-match your own downshifts or engage Sport Mode and let the car do it for you, you'll never get tired of changing gears in the GT4.

The club's Ford GT40 Replica is completely stunning in any landscape.

Whether it is being driven through the streets of Manhattan or patiently resting inside the club's Soho location, it attracts onlookers from every direction.

"It's the iPhone of cars," Prichinello told Tech Insider when describing the 2016 BMW i8.

He's not wrong.

It might look a little intense at first, but the i8's interior is actually pretty easy to get acquainted with.

For the most part, the controls will be pretty familiar to anyone that's driven a newish BMW.

The big difference here is that the i8 uses a combination of plug-in electric power, along with a small gas motor hidden underneath the rear of the car.

The gas motor can be used to charge the electric motor. If you want a combination of both power sources, the gas motor can be used with the electric motor for the most power output and to push the i8 from 0-60 in 3.6 seconds.
