The secretive electric-car startup Faraday Future is building the suspense for its concept car ahead of its big reveal next week.

The company published a video on Wednesday teasing its first vehicle, expected to be chock-full of high-tech features. Faraday plans to reveal the car on Monday evening at CES, the annual technology conference in Las Vegas.

The video doesn't show much, just the front wheel of the vehicle as it drives fast down an empty track, but it's more than we have seen of the car yet.

Unfortunately, the car the company reveals at the show will not be an actual production vehicle, but a true concept car that we hear is meant to showcase the company's engineering platform.

The company aims to have its first production vehicle on the road by 2020.
