There's a secret Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle Airbnb in NYC you can stay for free

If you're a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles fan and are in the New York City area for the next month, you may want to check out Airbnb.

In anticipation of "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows" in theaters June 3, the rental service partnered with Viacom Labs to give fans access to the dream hangout space for free. Fans can rent out the space for one day only from now until the movie's in theaters. You can check here for availability.

It's the first of several planned Airbnb ventures from Viacom (which owns Paramount Pictures and networks including MTV, Comedy Central, and Nickelodeon). Tech Insider recently headed over to the secret Airbnb lair located in Tribeca to check it out.

The Ninja Turtles' secret New York City lair is available to rent for free on Airbnb from May 14 - June 2.

If you are lucky enough to land the space, you'll be given the space's secret NYC location filled with a lot of turtle swag.

After walking down a few narrow dark corridors, it feels like you're stepping into a secret dojo used by the crime fighters.

15 to 20 people are allowed to hang out in the Airbnb during the day, but only six people can stay overnight.

Production designer Amy Gavin designed the lair, which came together over the past month.

The entire space was transformed in three days using inspiration from the first film and the sequel out in June to help decorate.
