Adult coloring books are a trendy way to destress and find some inner calm, but a forthcoming "Sweary" book offers a slightly more lewd outlet outlet for relaxation.

Created by UK based artist Sarah Bigwood, the book is available for pre-order ... so don't plan on buying it as a last minute Christmas gift. It'll be available in February and will include 20 pages of elaborately decorated curse words, ranging from "bollocks" to, well, we'll let you use your imagination.

Bigwood originally funded the project on Kickstarter, where she raised over £13,ooo. Quite a leap from her initial goal of £100.

In case you're not familiar with the adult coloring trend, the seemingly simple act of coloring can actually help create a balance between anxiety and boredom for adults. Psychologists refer to this concept as “flow," a state where requiring just the right level of activity to let you relax without feeling bored.

If you're looking to find some flow, you can pre-order the "Sweary Colouring Book" here
