On Sunday evening, people had a field day over Steve Harvey's cringe-worthy mishap while hosting the Miss Universe pageant: He announced the wrong winner.
Miss Colombia was voted as the first runner-up, but Harvey was confused by the layout of his cue card. Miss Philippines had actually won the crown. Videos, vines, and memes have already begun surfacing, but Snapchat has the best point of view when it comes to live snafus like this one.

The story starts with a look at the competitors getting ready for the red carpet, with brief interviews from judges and makeup staff.
The next snap cuts to Steve Harvey saying: "I don't care who wins, I just want one of them to marry my son."
Then the competition begins, and we get looks at the swimwear and evening wear rounds from audience members. And as the finalists narrow down, tension builds. Some of the Miss Universe contestants snap from backstage, showing other women taking selfies or practicing their walks.
And then it's time for the winner.

But we all know what happened next.
