Korean rapper PSY is back, this time with a new YouTube video dedicated to his dance moves.
PSY released his seventh album along with a music video for his song “DADDY” at the end of November. The catchy melody and dance sequences had many viewers comparing it to his 2012 hit “Gangnam Style,” and as of this post, the video has been watched over 56.8 million times — and counting.
Now, PSY’s dance crew at YG Entertainment have released a video of them practicing a complete dance sequence for the song in its entirety, likely for future live performances.
The video is a fun reminder that PSY may create wacky music videos and songs with lyrics like “You be my curry, I’ll be your rice,” but that ultimately he’s one of the best performers in the world.
PSY previously went viral for his mega-hit “Gangnam Style” in 2012, which currently has over 2.4 billion views on YouTube. Much of the video’s success was attributed to PSY’s bizarre and entertaining dance moves as well as his infectious energy.
Here’s hoping with the release of his seventh album, he goes on a world tour soon.
