In recent years, it's become a tongue-in-cheek holiday tradition to switch your TV to a broadcast of a burning fire during a holiday party. YouTube videos of burning Yule Logs make a neat 21st-century stand-in for an actual fireplace.
And now, there's a new and improved version: a burning yule log video that features actor and towering symbol of American manhood Nick Offerman sipping whiskey next to the fire.
Offerman, who you might remember from "Parks and Recreation," doesn't speak a single word during the 45-minute video. Instead, he just sits next to the fire looking distinguished and sipping Scotch.
The video is an extended promo for the Scotch whiskey company Lagavulin. Three more videos are coming out next week, a rep from Lagavulin told Tech Insider.
