These yoga pants will tell you when you've nailed the perfect pose

Talking from experience, doing yoga by yourself as a beginner is very difficult.

Even if you have an app or some sort of program that walks you through a routine, it's difficult to watch something while contorting your body.

A new clothing line called Nadi thinks it has a solution to perfecting poses solo: yoga pants that vibrate to guide you to the correct post. Here's how they work:

The yoga pants use haptic vibrations to guide you to the correct post.

There are three motors placed around the hips, two behind the knees, and one on the ankle. The pants will vibrate in the different locations to indicate how to correct your desired pose.

So if your pigeon pose, pictured above, would benefit from moving your hips more center, then the pants will vibrate only in that area to relay that message.

The pants also come with a corresponding app that will visually guide you to the correct pose, but viewing it is optional.

You can throw your phone to the side and the pants will still function.

The pants won't vibrate during your entire practice — users open the app and select what poses they would like feedback on.

So if you only want help with three legged dog pose, pictured above, the pants will only provide haptic feedback when it senses you are trying to get into that position.

The intensity of the vibrations will gradually wean off as you get closer to nailing a pose.

Once you hit it perfectly, the pants will relay one last subtle vibration that feels differently from the others.

The pants are machine washable and can be charged easily! But they can only be washed 25 times before becoming regular yoga pants.

You can purchase a charging station that looks just like a washing basket. Simply throw the pants in the basket to charge them.

The pants can work for seven hours before needing a re-charge.

The pants will become available for purchase in April or May of this year, but how much they will cost hasn't been released.

Billie Whitehouse, co-founder and CEO of the Wearable Experiments, the brand behind Nadi, told Tech Insider that the price will be competitive with other regular yoga pants on the market.

"Yoga is just the beginning and it could go to other sports as well," Whitehouse said about potentially expanding her line of products.
