Researchers from Harvard University's John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, Johannes T. B. Overvelde and Katia Bertoldi, have designed a meta-material structure that could help build transformative objects. This might boost our level of technology in constructing anything from reconfigurable micro devices to deployable space structures.
