Sweet and savory can be a winning taste combination, and McDonald's is willing to bet it'll be a win on its menus.

On Tuesday, the fast-food chain announced it's newest dish, the McChoco Potato, will be available in Japan restaurants. Yes, you read that right, McChoco, as in chocolate. The McChoco Potato is a serving of french fries drizzled with two different types of chocolate sauce.

Some people are skeptical about McChoco Potato.

If you're in Japan, you'll be able to try the strange fries for yourself starting on January 26. Otherwise, you'll just have to make your own with some McDonald's fries and a bottle or two of chocolate syrup.
