During their brief relationship in early 2022, Ye (formerly known as Kanye West) offered Julia Fox a breast augmentation, she wrote in her upcoming memoir "Down the Drain."
In the book, Fox recounts that Ye made the offer while she was trying on clothes from the then-unreleased Diesel collection by Glenn Martens with Ye.
"I can't wear this with a bra," she told Ye while trying on a top.
"I'll get you a boob job, if you want," Ye replied, according to Fox.
Fox "kindly" turned down the offer, she writes.
"But his words stick to me like a piece of lint on my clothes, and I can't shake off the uncomfortable feeling," she writes.
Ye and Fox met in person at a New Years' Eve party in 2021, and dated for approximately a month in January 2022. At the time, Ye was still in the process of a divorce from his now-ex-wife Kim Kardashian, who at the time was seeing comedian Pete Davidson. That divorce proved to be contentious, with Ye eventually taking shots at Davidson over social media and Kardashian saying in court documents that Ye's posts had caused her "emotional distress."
Fox said in a since-removed TikTok in November 2022 that after speaking with Ye, she thought that she could potentially "get him off Kim's case" and distract him. In interviews with Rolling Stone and the Los Angeles Times tied to her memoir, however, she said that she felt like she was being "weaponized" amid Ye's divorce, and that Ye was treating her like "his little puppet."
"That's humiliating. That's a really shitty position to be in," Fox told The Guardian of her belief that Ye had used her against Kardashian.
