People are already forming huge lines for the new iPhone

It's time for people to start lining up outside Apple Stores around the world for the new iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus.

For some, lining up is more like survival, like these folks in Sydney in the picture below, who are braving a cold wet evening.

But they don't care as long as they get their hands on Apple's latest phone.

Let's take a look at other iPhone line photos from around the world.

Good thing, too, because it looks like it was a cold wait for the store to open.

And they look pretty happy once they get their hands on the new iPhone.

Maybe a little too happy...and grabby...

It looks cold in England, too, but everyone seemed in high spirits.

Security needs to keep the iPhone-craving horde back as an Apple employee gets them psyched up. Or is he taunting them?

Either way, the Brits got their new iPhones.

This guy in France opted for the black iPhone 6s.

As usual, the Japanese express their excitement in creative ways.

And of course, there's the iconic 5th Avenue Apple store in NYC. Here's the calm before the storm.

And the first few customers make their way into the store at 8am on the dot.

Singapore is a full 12 hours ahead of Eastern Standard Time in NYC, so it's no surprise they're one of the first to start lining up for the new iPhone.
