Apple might be hosting an event on Tuesday March 15, according 9to5Mac's reliable Apple reporter, Mark Gurman.

Press invites haven't been sent out yet, and Gurman notes that the official date might change slightly since there's still some time before the event.

At the event, Apple is rumored to announce a brand new iPhone called the iPhone 5se, as well a new iPad Air 3.

We'll also likely see some software updates for the Apple Watch.

The iPhone 5se is said to be a hybrid of the iPhone 5s, iPhone 6, and iPhone 6s.

It'll have a 8-megapixel camera, 4-inch screen, and metal back of the iPhone 5s, the curved front panel of the iPhone 6, and the powerful chip and Live Photo feature from the iPhone 6s. It'll also have an NFC chip for Apple Pay.

For the iPad Air 3, rumors claim it'll have four speakers like the iPad Pro (two on both the top and bottom edges) for stereo sound. Leaked pictures of a case designed for the iPad Air 3 also suggest it'll have a magnetic Smart Connector for connecting keyboards, also like the iPad Pro.

Apple Watch updates include new watch straps made of different materials, as well as an update to the Apple Watch's operating system, WatchOS.
