It has often been said that everyone has a doppelgänger somewhere in the world.

An online community called Twin Strangers has dedicated itself to helping people find their identical "twins" all over the world. If you find your match, you can arrange to meet in real life.

That's what two "twin strangers," Ambra, 23, and Jennifer, 33, recently did, according to Mashable. The company uploaded a video of the emotional meeting to its YouTube page.

Ambra flew from her native North Carolina to meet Jennifer in Texas. Both said they were nervous in interviews before the meeting.

But as soon as they met, they acted like family.

Next, they gave each other matching makeovers so they'd look extra identical.

The results were so uncanny that even Jennifer's mother was stunned.
