Pictures of HTC's next flagship smartphone just leaked

A leaked image supposedly showing HTC's next flagship smartphone, probably called the One M10, was posted by notorious gadget leaker Evan Blass on Venture Beat on Friday.

Blass' tweet is below:

The leaked image reinforces rumors that the One M10 would share design features with the HTC One A9, which was released in October 2015.

Unlike the last two generation of HTC's One M series, the One M10 appears to have a home button on the bottom. If it's anything like the One A9's home button, it'll be a touch fingerprint sensor rather than a button you'd physically press down.

HTC's branding on the phone also appears to be gone, as well as HTC's signature Boomsound speakers, which offered stereo sound as there were two front-facing speakers.

Blass also repeated previous rumors that the One M10 will use HTC's UltraPixel technology for its camera, which we first saw in the One M8. Apparently, it'll have a 12-UltraPixel camera.

It'll also have a super-sharp quad-HD (QHD) 5.1-inch screen and the latest generation of powerful mobile processors from Qualcomm, called the Snapdragon 820.

And yes, it does look remarkably like an iPhone 6, just like the One A9 does.

Blass reports that HTC will announce the One M10 in March during its own event after the MWC event in Barcelona.
