Bob Sorokanich, News Editor for Road & Track Online, showed off what he believes the current state of the Apple Car is actually in.

HOT ROD Magazine went along with the mockup, but they have some changes of their own that they think should be included.

This Twitter user joked that the mockup isn't "thin enough." A running joke that comes from how almost every Apple product generational change ends with a thinner device.

Jon Vlasach, a Twitter user who claims he's an Art Director for Apple, had a laugh over a MacRumors comment that compared the designs to an early and very far-off iPhone mockup.

Chris Perkins, a writer for Road & Track Online, called for Motor Trend to shut down their Twitter account when they continued to push their Apple Car stories.
