Turns out, humans aren't the only ones who love a good cat video.

Gorillas do too.

A adorable video of a gorilla Louisville Zoo in Louisville, Kentucky is making the rounds on Twitter today.

In the the video. It's already been retweeted over 2,000 times since it was first shared yesterday by 16-year-old Sierra Sheard

"I went to the zoo today and this lady was showing this gorilla cat videos and he was WATCHING THEM," Sheard tweeted with the clip.

"Everyone was just amazed. The gorilla was watching the videos so intently," Sheard told Tech Insider. "When the girl would re-position herself and shift her phone, the gorilla would re-position himself so he could get a nice view."

Sure enough, if you watch closely, the gorilla appears totally enthralled by the video. We can only imagine he was watching one of the classics, like Sail Cat or Keyboard Cat.

"At one point he even threw his head back and laughed at one of the videos," Sheard said. "He had what appeared to be a smile on his face."

Sheard says she did not know the girl in the video when she posted it on Twitter, but since her video started gaining popularity on Twitter, mutual friends have connected them.

"It was amazing,"Sheard said about the experience. "I was absolutely speechless."

Of course, this isn't the first gorilla to be entertained by a feline or two.

Koko, a 44-year-old gorilla from California has made headlines around the world for her ability to speak sign language, has famously (and adorably) adopted several kittens over the years.
