What should you never put in the fridge?

America's Test Kitchen chef and food science expert Dan Souza helped us answer this question. 

"That list is pretty long," he told Tech Insider. "Storing at the right temperature is important."

These two foods were what immediately came to his mind though, so you should really never put them in the fridge.

Bread. "People think that it's going to go stale or dry out" if you leave it out, Souza said. But refrigeration "can actually make the bread go bad faster."
