Remember this really dark look we got at Daredevil's first costume in the final scenes of season one? Now, we can actually see what he'll be wearing next season. Netflix

Netflix released the first official images from "Daredevil" season two and we finally have a good look at Matt Murdock's crime-fighting suit.

Season two will find the blind lawyer who fights crime with the help of some heightened super senses toe-to-toe with a new criminal, Frank Castle (Jon Bernthal, "The Walking Dead").

There's no set release date for season two — there hasn't even been a trailer! — but the first season dropped last year in April so we can probably expect the new 13-episode season come springtime.

Here's the new suit Daredevil will be wearing in season two. It's a big step up from the black threads and mask of season one.

The above scene was pulled directly from footage shown to fans at October's New York Comic Con. Murdock could be heard saying "Why do I still feel guilty?" in a voiceover.

We'll also meet a few new characters. "The Walking Dead" fan-favorite Jon Bernthal joins the cast as Frank Castle, who becomes the gun-slinging vigilante known as the Punisher.

According to EW, season two will kick off with an intense action sequence which will introduce the comic book favorite.

Similar to Daredevil, the Punisher also delivers his own brand of justice to take down criminals. His method is just a tad more controversial than Matt Murdock's. He uses bullets to kill instead of alleyway beatdowns.

We also have our first look at the dagger-wielding assassin Elektra (Elodie Yung).

At New York Comic Con, Yung, a black belt in karate, said she got the job because she told Marvel television head Jeph Loeb she could kick his butt.

Executive producer Doug Petrie told fans at NYCC in October season two will be "darker and more emotional."
