These are the two most powerful gaming laptops in the world right now

The first gaming laptops featuring Nvidia's latest and powerful line of GTX10 series graphics cards are starting to emerge, and they're looking pretty darn amazing.

Most of those gaming laptops will come with the standard single graphics processor, or GPU — and for about 99% of you, that will totally suffice. But some of you out there want two GPUs, otherwise known as an "SLI" arrangement.

If you're one of those who asked, ye have received. Asus and Origin have made gaming laptops that feature TWO GTX 1080 GPUs.

This is the Asus ROG GX800 gaming laptop. It has an 18.4-inch 4K display with Nvidia's G-Sync technology that helps make for ultra-smooth gaming. Unfortunately, there's no pricing or availability details available yet.

Somehow, the exterior shell is containing TWO of Nvidia's new and extremely powerful GTX 1080 graphics cards. This combo will make an easy meal of VR, and it'll handle pretty much any game at its highest graphics settings.

All that power means heat, which is dealt with a liquid water cooling system in the GX800 and separate dock. All that power also means big parts, making the GX800 a chunky laptop even without the even chunkier dock.

Here's a look at what's going on inside the laptop itself and that giant dock.

Water soaks up the heat from the processor and GPUs in the laptop, and it's whisked away via tubes. The water arrives at the radiator blocks in the dock, which soak up that heat from the water. Fans then blow away that heat from the radiators.

You can even get a separate WiFi antenna to ensure the strongest WiFi connection for online multiplayer games.

The Origin EON17-SLX also has two GTX 1080 graphics cards that will handle VR and anything else you throw at it and ask for more.

You can choose between a 15-inch or a 17.3-inch display models, both of which come in either 1080p display or a 4K resolution, and all options come with Nvidia's G-Sync technology, which, again, makes everything run smoothly.

The 17.3-inch model will go for a base price of $2,354 for a single GTX 1070 GPU, a 1080p screen and a Core i5 6500 processor, but you can customize the specs to give it dual-GPUs, a 4K display, and a powerful Core i7 6700K processor for $4,340.

The Eon will be ready to ship in early September.

The Eon doesn't come with a dock, as it somehow manages to keep cool enough despite all the power it's holding within. That's a good thing as it's more portable than the Asus. Still, it's just as chunky.
